Is the intake assessment free?

Our intake assessment is provided to everyone who signs up completely free of charge

Do you have to be a psychologist or counselor to work as a life coach?

While many of our administrators and coaches come from different backgrounds, Relife Academy does not require any specialized collegiate degree to work in these positions.

Does Relife Academy provide any mental health services?

Relife Academy, including our coaches, staff, contractors or administrators do not provide healthcare or mental health counseling services in any capacity.

Our coaching services and modules are designed to be used in conjunction with or complimentary to professional, licensed mental and personal health services.

If you need help finding a mental health provider, we will happily provide resources for where to find that information.

How long does the intake assessment take?

If you are taking your assessment virtually, please allow a half hour (30 minutes) for the assessment.

If you are meeting with a certified administrator a full hour (60 minutes) to correctly conduct your intake assessment.

Is my information safe with you?

Our intake assessment is HIPPA, BAA, and GDPR compliant.

We host all encrypted user data in an offsite data storage facility. In addition to this measure, our virtual calls are hosted on multi-layered SOC2 compliant TRUSTe certified software that is known for its full global PCI Compliance and safety.

Why does Relife Academy not use machine learning or AI to grade their assessments?

Two words: Data Integrity

Historically speaking, artificial intelligence (AI) applications and machine learning algorithms (MLAs) have been shown to consistently produce data that is tainted by strong biases such as gender, race, age, pre-existing conditions, religion, and other systematic errors. Our testing systems are designed to mitigate data integrity errors at every touch point of the intake, scoring process.

We know it’s not the easiest way to do business, but we believe in delegating the task of clinical judgement to humans (and we hope you do too).

Do I have to give you any of my personal information?

During the course of the intake assessment, you will be requested to provide certain mental health information and personal data such as your name, email address, date of birth.

This information is used to improve our systems and help other people around the world.

Submission of mental health information is entirely optional, however refusal to supply it may result in incorrect scoring.

What happens after I take the assessment?

After completing your intake assessment, you should expect to receive a welcome email.

This email will contain an overview of your scoring data, and a zoom link for the meet and greet with your assigned coach.

I am neurodivergent, can you still help me?

While our administrators are trained to notice behavioral patterns and tailor their approach to meet you where you are, we are all human.

In the event you have any special requests or needs, please let us know.

Is there an age limits on assessments?

Our intake assessment is designed for adults over the age of 18.

For those under 18, we have options available. Please send us an email, and we will coordinate with you on the details.

How do your testing systems work?

Our systems weigh a variety of data against specific control factors that focus on tracking progress variables through our intake process.

In simple words, we make sure the data we are calculating has a check and balance system, because we believe everyone is accountable for the work they do (even our systems and administrators).
